Our printing partner is currently undergoing their annual audit and maintenance shutdown. Operations will resume on the 17th of February 2024. Orders placed between 2nd February onwards can only be fulfilled and sent out on the 17th of February. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take? 

We offer free standard worldwide tracked shipping on all orders! Shipping times are dependent on where you are located. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information. 

How long does it take to process my order?
Once your orders are confirmed, the print designs are sent to the printers within 12-24 hours. We then take an additional 1-2 working days to print, package and send your items to our trusted courier.

Can i track my order?
Yes, you can track your order via the Track My Order page or by using this link;  https://www.17track.net/en?nums=. Simply enter the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.  If your tracking is not showing any information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again.

Do you sell framed prints?
We currently only sell the canvas prints itself without a frame due to the logistical challenges and cost involved in sending framed prints worldwide. We've found that it is usually much more economical for our customers to get their frames locally. If you need any advice on finding the right frames, get in touch with us!

How will my product arrive?
All prints are packed in sturdy PVC or cardboard tubes to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. If your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know immediately via email at info@nordprints.com. 

Can i change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to change your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page or send us an email at info@nordprints.com. If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible too. We'd be happy to accommodate the cancellation if the order hasn't been printed or posted out yet. 

I entered a discount code but the discount wasn’t reflected when the payment was processed. Can I still get the discount?
Yes! Send us a message through the Contact Us page or just reply to the order confirmation email that was sent to you. We’ll manually refund you the difference. 

Is the quality of the prints good? Will the colour fade? 
We take the quality of our prints very seriously and can assure you that you would be satisfied with your purchase. We use the Giclee printing process with waterproof ink on high-quality polyester canvas so you can rest assured that the print will be long lasting and the colours will remain vibrant. 

None of the sizes fit the frame i have. Do you do custom sizes?
Yes! If you need a specific size, get in touch with us through the Contact Us page or drop us an email at info@nordprints.com and we can sort it out. 

Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale rates?
Yes! We already supply our prints to a couple of physical retail stores and would be happy to offer a reduced rate for bulk purchases. Drop us an email at info@nordprints.com and we'll work something out together!
